Cardiff Metropolitan University have 8 Head Coach positions available.

Rate:
£10.00 per hour for 6 Head BUCS Coaches
£7.50 per hour for 2 Head League Coaches

 Hours:

Average 5 hours a week, training/match commitments
*subject
to change

Details:
The
role is coaching the Cardiff Met Netball Team within BUCS (6 positions) and
Cardiff & District League (2 positions).

Duties and responsibility:

–         
Attend all training
sessions, be on time or make adequate arrangements in advance if this is not
possible

–         
Plan appropriate and
relevant training sessions

–         
Provide feedback to the
team/individuals after matches and training

–         
Be necessarily prepared
for matches

–         
Attend all BUCS/League
matches and ensure everything is in place before hand

–         
Make every effort to
attend all coach meetings

–         
Abide by rules of Club/AU
and display exemplary behaviour and professionalism

 Head
Coaches must have –
Minimum
    UKCC 1 qualification in Netball

  • Desirable
        – Umpiring qualification

 You must be:

  • Enthusiastic
  • Committed
        to the club
  • Work
        cohesively within the Cardiff Met Netball Team
  • Professional
  • Innovative
  • Flexible
