Voting Information
To vote on the proposed changes at the EGM please note:
- Only full adult members are eligible to vote (18+ at time of meeting) and must have valid individual membership
- Each member may submit one vote - if multiple votes are submitted only the first will be counted
- Parents of members under the age of 18 are not eligible to vote (unless they have their own individual membership)
- If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may vote via proxy
