AGM 2022: Registration, Proxy Voting, Nominations and Agenda Information

The 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Wales Netball will take place Thursday 11th August at 6pm on the virtual hosting platform Microsoft Teams.

Registration:

Wales Netball members who wish to attend the AGM may do so by registering online via an online form. This form can be accessed by clicking the link below. The deadline for registrations is 5pm on Tuesday 9th August. Those who have registered successfully will receive an invitation to the AGM held via the Teams video conferencing platform in advance of the AGM itself. If you cannot find an email with a link to join the AGM, please check your junk inbox. If the email still cannot be found, please email walesnetball@walesnetball.com .

Proxy Voting and Board Nomination Information:

Following our Nominations deadline for the positions on the Board of the National Governing Body, we have received one nomination for each of the Director roles. Please find below the nominated candidates respective C.V information, to inform those seeking to vote by proxy:

  • Elected Director (Compliance and Engagement)

Carol Anthony (Incumbent)

  • Elected Director (Performance)

Julia Longville (Incumbent)

 

Members wishing to vote by proxy should download the Proxy Voting Form (via the link below) and submit it to WalesNetball@WalesNetball.com no later than Tuesday 9th by 5pm.

Members wishing to attend the AGM must register in advance; please keep an eye on this page for details on how to register on Thursday 21st July. You will need to submit your individual affiliation number and name of your club to register, if you aren’t sure of this information, please email WalesNetball@WalesNetball.com as soon as possible, or log into your Sport80 account.
