Annual General Meeting 2021

Please carefully read the information below regarding the date, time and place of the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Welsh Netball, as well as registration and voting information.

Note: As of Tuesday 8 June 2021, the Agenda for the 2021 AGM has been made available and can be accessed via a button further down this webpage.

The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Welsh Netball will take place Wednesday 30 June at 6pm on the Zoom online videohosting platform.

Members seeking to attend the AGM must register in advance. The deadline for registrations is Monday 28 June at 5pm. Click the button below to register. You will need to submit your affiliation number and name of your club in order to register. If you have any difficulties with this please email WelshNetball@walesnetball.com

Members attending the AGM should seek to familiarise themselves with the agenda for the meeting in advance. A copy of the agenda can be downloaded by clicking the button below.

Members wishing to vote by proxy should download the Proxy Voting Form (via the link below) and submit it to WelshNetball@walesnetball.com no later than Monday 28 at 5pm.

To help inform those seeking to vote by proxy, CV information for all nominated candidates can be found below.
