Independent Competition Pathway Review 2017

Over the coming weeks we will be conducting an independent and comprehensive member review of the competition pathway across Wales.

The main aim is for Welsh Netball to gain a clear understanding of the member ‘voice’ to help steer any needed changes to help grow and further develop the game.    Welsh Netball has outlined a desire to give every child and adult a consistently positive experience of Netball through the creation of environments that suits their individual needs and motivations.

Following the confirmation of 4 more years in the Netball Superleague and a top 7 finish at the 2015 World Championships there is a need for Welsh Netball to understand if the current Netball pathway and competition structure in Wales is effective in serving it’s 7,700 members.

We would genuinely like you to be a part of this independent review being carried out by myself through the University of Central Lancashire by completing the online survey.  All information gathered in this study will remain anonymous and strictly confidential.

The survey is now open until the 31st March 2017. Your contribution would be invaluable to explore how effective the current pathway and competition structure is in serving the current membership.   Please get involved and have a ‘voice’ by clicking here https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/CHUBWNB and completing the survey.

Diolch | Thank you.
