Netball Session Plans for Stage 3B of Return to Play

Welsh Netball are excited to release four session plans suitable for netball club training sessions.

These plans have been created and tested by former international netballer, Sara Bell, who has a wealth of knowledge on the topic of netball fitness. Sara often delivers tough fitness sessions to the Cardiff-based Central Netball Club.

These detailed plans can be adapted by the deliverer to suit your club and their fitness levels. These four sessions should be delivered in accordance to the Welsh Netball ‘Hygiene in Netball’ guidelines and are specifically designed with Stage 3B of the Return to Play roadmap in mind.

Download the Session plans here:

If your club has not yet completed the #NetsGetReady checklist yet please do so as soon as possible to ensure your club are safe. The checklist will be mandatory for Stage 4 of the Return to Play roadmap. Click here to find out more about #NetsGetReady
