Covid Update Following Welsh Government Announcement

Following today’s Welsh Government update (07/01/2022), we can confirm that there are no changes to the current netball guidance in Wales. Whilst spectator numbers are limited to 30 indoors and 50 outdoors, the playing of team sports in a training or competition environment is not subject to this cap.

Whilst we are not reintroducing modified rules at this point, please continue to be vigilant when conducting netball activity by ensuring the following measures are followed;

• Masks to be worn when not on the court
• Social distancing to be followed when not on court
• Hands, balls, and other equipment to be sanitised every 15 minutes
• Ensure an updated risk assessment for your training and competition venue are completed

We also urge individuals to lateral flow test before leaving their homes to attend netball activity.
