Extraordinary General Meeting Announcement & Engagement Period

The below information was emailed to everybody on the Wales Netball newsletter subscriber group on the 9th December. If you missed this email, please see the information below.

Engagement Period

Following our member update post the AGM, we have officially opened the Engagement Period for you to provide your feedback on the new proposed changes to our Board Structure, our Articles of Association and the new Member Council Terms of Reference. This is a great opportunity for you to play a key role in our governance reform and processes.  Your input is vital as we work to build a stronger future for Wales Netball.

Please take the time to complete the feedback survey here.  This link will remain open until 12pm 23rd December.

We are officially announcing the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Tuesday 27th January 2026, at 6pm online.  Please register your attendance here.

Following feedback on the papers above, the finalised papers and proxy voting link will be shared with the same Wales Netball newsletter subscriber group on the 6th January ahead of the EGM. If you didn’t receive the first email from us on 9th December, please check your junk folder and email walesnetball@walesnetball.com before the 6th January to be added to the group.*
