Mold Netball Club Wins Under 19s National Club Competition

The first National Club Competition of 2019 took place on Saturday 14 December in Swansea as 8 netball clubs went head-to-head in the Under 19 age category.

Mold Netball Club from Flintshire took top spot this year, overcoming the challenge of Leckwith Netball Club from Cardiff who finished in runners-up position. The full table of placings can be seen below.

Tori Roberts-Burt, Welsh Netball’s Events & Competitions Officer said: “Congratulations to Mold for winning what was an exciting and competitive first tournament of the new season.

“December is traditionally a very busy time of the year, so I am very grateful to all the players, coaches, officials and families who helped to make the day possible.”
