Netball Europe Under 17 Championships to be Live Streamed

On Friday 1 March, the Netball Europe Under 17 Open Championships will get underway in Huddersfield and Wales will face their U.K. rivals as well as new entrant, the United Arab Emirates. In a great development for netball fans in Wales, this year’s tournament will be live streamed on Welsh Netball’s Facebook and Twitter accounts. 

Leading the squad to the European tournament will be Head Coach Rhian Davies. She will be joined by Assistant Coaches Emma Meredith and Jo Ricketts and Team Manager Anni Williamson. The squad has enjoyed a robust preparation for the Championships with warm-up games against Wasps and Mavericks U17 teams.

Friday 1 March:

Wales v Scotland at 12 noon.

Wales v England at 5pm. 

Saturday 2 March: 

Wales v United Arab Emirates at 12 noon. 

Sunday 3 March:

Wales v Northern Ireland at 11am.
