Netball Nights In: Week 2

One week of the all-Wales ‘firebreak’ down – one week to go – and we are pleased to bring you another set of #NetballNightsIn activities for our second week at home!

Week 2 Lockdown Programme:

Monday 2 Nov: 7pm – 8pm – Understanding Confidence and How You Can Build it in Yourself and Others for Netball Players, Coaches and Umpires.

Led by Chartered Sports Psychologist Rebecca Chidley.

Tuesday 3 Nov: 6:30pm – 7pm – 30 minute High-Intensity Interval Training Workout with Welsh Netball Legend Kyra Jones.

Wednesday 4 Nov: 6pm-6.45pm – DanceFit for Netballers with Qualified Instructor Gaynor Davies and Music from through the Ages.

Thursday 5 Nov: 7pm – 7:30pm – 30 minute Bodyweight Strength Workout with a Celebrity Host. Frankie Foster (Love Island 2018) and Alex Georgiou from FITTAF.
