Elizabeth Gittens became Welsh Feather 108 when she earned her first cap in an international match against the Republic of Ireland on 25 January 1986. She gained her second cap later that year in a match against Scotland on 13 March 1986.
Playing as Goal Keeper, Elizabeth took on the responsibility of anchoring the defensive end, using her height and positioning to challenge opposition shooters.
