Kara Maloney (nee Jackson) is Welsh Feather #142 and earned her first cap playing in an International against Jamaica on 11/11/1996, after this she played multiple Internationals against countries like England, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland, Singapore and New Zealand.
