Emma Evans (nee Blanks) is Welsh Feather #145 and earned her first cap playing against New Zealand on 08/12/1997 and then played an International against Northern Ireland before playing in the 1998 FENA Open against Malta. After this, Emma played in an International against England before playing in the 1999 FENA Open against Malta, Northern Ireland, Scotland and England which led to her being selected to play for Wales in the 10th World Cup hosted by New Zealand in 1999 where she played a huge 12 games against Vanuatu, Scotland, Cook Islands, New Zealand, Barbados, Northern Ireland, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago, Canada, Singapore, United States and then Canada again. Emma’s final game was played in the 11th World Cup hosted by Jamaica in 2003 where she played against St Vincent on 10/07/2003.
