Sian Ruttley is Welsh Feather #154 and earned her first cap playing in the 2001 FENA Open against Guernsey on 24/02/2001. Sian then went onto play in the 2002 FENA Open against Northern Ireland, Scotland and England before playing an International against Barbados on 12/03/2002.
