Sian Ruttley is Welsh Feather #154 and earned her first cap playing in the 2001 FENA Open against Guernsey on 24/02/2001. Sian then went onto play in the 2002 FENA Open against Northern Ireland, Scotland and England before playing an International against Barbados on 12/03/2002. After this, Sian was selected to represent Wales in the 17th Commonwealth Games hosted by England in 2002 where she was able to play against Sri Lanka, England, Canada, New Zealand, Jamaica and South Africa.
