Helen Jones (nee Case) is Welsh Feather #156 and earned her first cap playing in the 2002 FENA Open against Northern Ireland on 15/02/2002 and then played England, and an International against Barbados. Helen was then chosen to represent Wales in the 17th Commonwealth Games hosted by England in 2002 and she was able to play Sri Lanka, England, Canada, New Zealand, Jamaica and South Africa. After an International against Scotland Helen played in the 2003 FENA Open and then was part of the team for the 11th World Cup hosted by Jamaica in 2003 where she was able to play Cayman Islands, St Vincent, Sri Lanka, Antigua, Bermuda, Scotland and St Vincent again.
