Kate Edwards is Welsh Feather #161 and earned her first cap playing in the 2002 FENA Open against Scotland on 24/11/2002, after this she was selected to play for Wales in the 11th World Cup hosted by Jamaica in 2003 where she played St Vincent, Cayman Islands, Sri Lanka, Bermuda and St Vincent again. Next she played in the 2004 FENA Open against Northern Ireland and England before an International against South Africa, then the 2005 FENA Open where she played new opponent the Isle of Man and played her final game in an International against Jamaica on 23/06/2005.
