Amanda Varey (nee Trounce) is Welsh Feather #173 and earned her first cap playing in an International against South Africa on 20/01/2007 before playing in the 2007 FENA Open against Scotland, England and Northern Ireland. Next came an International against Australia before the 12th World Cup hosted by New Zealand in 2007 where she played against New Zealand, Malaysia, Fiji and Trinidad & Tobago. Amandas next games were played in the 2008, 2009 and 2010 Netball Europe Open Championships playing against Scotland, England and Northern Ireland, after this Amanda played in the World Cup Qualifer against Scotland and Northern Ireland. Her final games were played in the 2010 Nations Cup against Namibia, India, Scotland, Singapore, Tanzania with her final game against Scotland again on 12/12/2010.
