Sara Bell is Welsh Feather #198 and earned her first cap playing in the England/Malawi Test Series against England on 14/12/2014, then playing next in 2015 at the Netball Europe Open Championships against England and South Africa. After this Sara was selected for the 14th World Cup hosted by Australia in 2015 where she played against Zambia, South Africa, England and Australia. 2016 saw Sara playing another Netball Europe Open Championships against Scotland and England, then playing twice in the SPAR South Africa Test Series against South Africa.
