Leila Thomas is Welsh Feather #205 and earned her first cap playing in the 2017 Netball Europe Open Championships against Scotland on 07/10/2017, then playing against England before taking part in the 2017 Wendy White Test Series with two games against Samoa. 2018 started with Leila going to the 21st Commonwealth Games hosted by Australia where she was able to play against New Zealand, Scotland, England, Uganda and Fiji.
