Alex Johnson is Welsh Feather #224 and earned her first cap playing in the 2024 Wales v Uganda Test Series, taking to court as Goal Defence against Uganda on 10/01/2024. Alex then joined the squad for the inaugural Celtic Cup in Glasgow, putting on the GD bib against each opposition for the competition.
Alex has been smashing it in the defensive end in the Netball Super League, joining fellow Feather Leah Middleton, Alex has had an impact during the 2025 season with Dragons.
