Millie has been playing netball since she was 13 years old with Ystrad Mynach Netball Club and worked her way through the Wales pathway and academies – leading to her competing in the Netball Europe competitions for U17 and U21. Millie has taken to the court in the Netball Super League for both Dragons and Manchester Thunder, playing her first game in 2023.
Millie proudly took to the court for Wales as GD in November 2025 against Zimbabwe, dominating as GD in her second appearance in the Wales v Zimbabwe Test Series.
