Welsh Feather #43, Patricia Willet, had a remarkable netball career, representing Wales in 23 games over a span of four years. While much of her playing history was in UKT competitions against England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, Patricia also had the prestigious honour of being part of the Welsh team at the first-ever Netball World Cup held in England in 1963. This historic tournament allowed her to compete against international teams, including Trinidad, Australia, Sri Lanka, West Indies, South Africa, and Jamaica.
Playing as a Goal Shooter and Goal Attack, Patricia’s precision and scoring ability made her an essential part of the team. Out of 23 games Patricia drew 1, won 4 and lost 18 which is a win rate of 17.39%
