Welsh Feather #47, Kay Morris, had a distinguished netball career, representing Wales in 13 games over two years. While much of her playing history was in UKT competitions against England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, Kay also had the honour of being part of the Welsh team at the first-ever Netball World Cup, held in England in 1963. This milestone event allowed her to compete against international teams such as the West Indies, South Africa, Jamaica, and New Zealand.
Hailing from Wrexham, Kay played as a Goal Shooter and Goal Attack, demonstrating exceptional skill and accuracy in the shooting circle. Out of 13 games Kay won 3 (all against Northern Ireland) and lost 10 which is a win rate of 23.08%
