Millie has been playing netball since she was 13 years old with Ystrad Mynach Netball Club and worked her way through the Wales pathway and academies – leading to her competing in the Netball Europe competitions for U17 and U21. Millie is also a part of the Netball Super League franchise Cardiff Dragons (previously known as the Celtic Dragons), playing her first game for them in 2023.
Millie is a fluent Welsh speaker and her career highlight includes getting selected for the Celtic Dragons in 2023.
