Regional Academy 2022/2023

After the success of the Regional Academies last year, we are delighted to announce that Brecon Leisure Centre Freedom Leisure and Bangor University will join our 7 current facilities as new Regional Academies for the 2022/2023 season.

With the increase in facilities, we are currently looking for Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches to lead the Brecon Leisure Centre Freedom Leisure and Bangor University Academies. To find out more about the job roles and to apply, click this link or go to the vacancies page on our website.

Trial applications are now open for the Regional Academies! To limit numbers at each trial and to align with Europe Netball Competition dates, the age cut-off dates are as follows:

  • All 15-21 year olds will trial on the first week of trials (You must be 15 or over by the 31st December and no older than 21 years old to trial on this day)
  • All 13 & 14 year olds will trial on the second week of trials (You must be 13 years old or over by 23:59 on the 31st December and no older than 14 years old in order to trial on this day)

Successful athletes all train together as part of one Regional Academy squad.
