Return to Play and Local Lockdowns in Wales

In recent weeks, a number of ‘local lockdowns’ have come into effect in some local authority areas (counties) of Wales following growing cases of COVID-19 in those localities.

Welsh Netball would like to remind its members that we remain stage Stage 3B of our ‘Return to Play’ roadmap. You can find more information about the roadmap here.

Participants in areas experiencing local restrictions are still able to engage in netball activity permitted by Stage 3B of the roadmap, providing they do not breach any of their local COVID-19 restrictions.

We encourage our members to keep up to date with COVID-19 restrictions in their area. You can find out more information via the Welsh Government website here.

We will be releasing further information on how local restrictions might affect our roadmap in due course. We thank you for your continued patience and co-operation in what continues to be an evolving situation.
