Train with Team Wales

On Thursday 20 August at 6pm, Welsh Netball is hosting an online training session with four of its international netball stars: co-captain Nia Jones, Bethan Dyke, Lucy Howells and Bethan Johnson.

The session will have something for everyone as it focuses on the essential skills that all netballers should seek to develop and will give netball players and fans alike an insight into how Wales’ top netballers train. The session is £10 per participant and places can be booked by clicking here.

The session is perfect for those looking for netball opportunities at home as Wales continues to follow COVID-19 restrictions. With clubs resuming some organised netball fitness activity as part of Welsh Netball’s ‘Return to Play’ roadmap, the session is a perfect way to get some extra training in while settling back into a club environment.

Queries regarding the session can be sent to Tori Roberts-Burt via email: tori.roberts-burt@walesnetball.com
