Wales Netball aspires to create a sustainable over-supply of athletes via its Performance Pathway for its National Squads. Athletes will have the opportunity to benefit from regular training and consistent strength and conditioning sessions. This will support athletes in making progress towards representing Wales at U17, U21 and Senior level.

The aim of the academies is to nurture talent and create an oversupply of athletes, feeding into the international squads.
