Wales Netball Launches Cost of Living Support Fund

During this time the current applications will be reviewed, and current applicants should receive a response during the month of October. If you have applied for the fund, please keep a close eye on your emails and be assured we will be touch with you as soon as possible regarding the outcome of you application.

Following our recent announcement of the Cost of Living Support Fund we are thrilled to today be officially launching the support fund and therefore opening our application window.

We hope that in being able to provide the opportunity of a fund whereby individuals can apply for items such as netball trainers, sports bras and other items hopefully people will be able to access netball within their community and be able to fully emerge and enjoy the experience of what Netball has to offer.

The following items are eligible for support through the fund:

  • Club Membership Fees
  • Playing Kit
  • Netball Trainers
  • Sport Hijab
  • Travel Cards
  • Impairment Specific Equipment
  • Netball
  • Netball Post

If there is anything we have missed that you feel could benefit you from an equipment perceptive please include this on your application form.

The funding available will be decided by a national panel that will use the application information to assess each case. The Cost of Living Support Fund will support recipients on a basis to ensure they can access regular Netball opportunities.

Application Process:

Adults, parents, guardians, coaches, schools and other community organisation can apply for the fund on behalf of an individual or for them personally. The first application window will be from September 4th September.
