Wales Netball Welcomes New Head of Participation

Following a robust recruitment process, we are pleased to have appointed Keira Edwards to the Head of Participation role. Keira spent the first decade of her professional life at a FTSE 30 global corporation where she was incredibly successful at managing multi-million-pound projects, programmes, and teams.

Keira has always been passionate about sport, and in 2022 was awarded a MSc in Sports Management, Politics and International Development from Loughborough University, having finished top of her cohort. Keira is a huge netball fan and is heavily involved in her local netball club in Bristol.

CEO, Vicki Sutton says “I am really excited to see what Keira will bring to the staff team here at Wales Netball. Keira’s knowledge and experience in the corporate sector will mean she can bring a new dynamic to our senior leadership team.”

Keira begins the Head of Participation role on Thursday 30th March and looks forward to meeting the netball community.
