Wales v Silver Ferns: How Members Get Tickets!

We are ecstatic to host two test matches with the Silver Ferns on February 7th and 8th 2016, at the Sport Wales National Centre, Cardiff.  The fixtures will mark twenty years since the Ferns visited Wales in 1997.

With both sides looking ahead to the Commonwealth Games, it will be a hot competition and an unforgettable experience for netball fans from across Wales. We anticipate that tickets will sell out fast, but we’re giving our loyal Welsh Netball members a 48-hour priority booking window from Monday the 19th December.  This window will close at 10am on Wednesday 21stDecember, when the tickets will then be open to the public.

How does the 48-hour priority window work?

Affiliated Welsh Netball members whose email addresses are on our system, will be sent an email including two links to the two fixtures on Ticketline.  Only Welsh Netball members will receive this link.

How do I check if Welsh Netball has my email address, and the correct one?

We advise that you contact your Club’s Secretary and ask them to kindly check that they have logged your email address on to the ourwelshnetball.co.uk system.  They may have already done this when they affiliated you at the beginning of the season – however, there is no harm in double-checking. Your Club Secretary must to this before Monday morning, 19th of December (9am).

What if my Club Secretary is unable to update my details until after the email has been sent out to members?

Your Club Secretary will need to input the details into ourwelshnetball.co.uk, then ring the office on 02920 33 4950 to let us know that the details are now available to use. A member of staff will then send the links via email to the members.  Note that once the 48-hour priority window closes at 10am on Wednesday the 21st December, we will not be able to send the links directly to our members as the tickets will be open to the public.  Do bear in mind that we are a small team, and that we may not be able to answer your call the first time.  Office hours are 9.30am – 4.30pm also.

When will I receive the email with the link?

You will receive your email on Monday 19 December 2016, at 10am.  Don’t forget to check your junk mail – it might be hidden in there!  If you are certain that you or your Club Secretary has logged your details with us, but still haven’t received an email – then please ring the office on 02920 33 4950. Do bear in mind that we are a small team, and that we may not be able to answer your call the first time. Office hours are 9.30am – 4.30pm.

How much are the tickets?

–          Standard adult (over 16): £15

–          Standard child (16 and under; those who require a seat): £10

–          Premium tickets (best seats in the house): £20 (same price whether you’re an adult or child).

What are the Premium tickets?

There are limited Premium tickets available that are not available for group bookings over 6 people. These can only by bought online via Ticketline.  These are the best seats in the house – you will get to the perfect view of the court to see Wales and the Ferns in action.

How many tickets can I purchase at one time?

You can purchase up to 6 tickets online via Ticketline.

How do clubs make a group booking?

Club Secretaries or a club representative may make a group booking (minimum of 10 people, maximum of 30) by calling Ticketline Customer Services on.

How will I receive my ticket?

Once you have purchased your ticket, you will be given two options on how to receive your ticket: by email or by post.  If you choose to have an e-ticket, you will be sent an email from Ticketline that includes your e-ticket.  Don’t forget to check your Junk Mail!  If you haven’t received your ticket, call Ticketline customer services on 0161 813 22 22.

What if I’m no longer able to go, what happens to my ticket?

Unfortunately, Ticketline are unable to provide a refund for your ticket.
