Wales v Silver Ferns: Tickets FAQ

Why have you changed venue?
Due to unprecedented demand, the ticket allocation for Sport Wales sold out in a record 48 hours during the Priority Membership booking period. Welsh Netball would like to give more of our members, clubs and the general public the chance to experience this historic test series. Moving to Ice Arena Wales increases capacity to 3,000 each night and allows us to give the tests a much larger audience.

Has the date changed?
No. The tests will still be held on 7th and 8th February.

I already have a ticket/tickets for the test at Sport Wales. What happens now?
You have 2 options:

1.       If you are now even more excited to attend, then you don’t need to do anything! Our partner, Ticketline have transferred every ticket already sold for Sport Wales to the new venue. As a gesture, every ticket bought for Sport Wales will automatically be moved to the Premium section of IAW – the best seats in the house.

2.       If you do not wish to attend the test at IAW, simply contact Ticketline directly and they will arrange your refund in this case.

When will I receive my new tickets?
Ticketline will email all ticketholders with new tickets and will re-issue paper tickets in the next week. If you do not receive your tickets within 10 days then please contact Ticketline directly. If you have an e-ticket then please do keep an eye on your junk mail in case it is hiding in there!

What do I do with my old tickets?
Once you have received your new tickets your old ones will become void. You can then either destroy them or keep them for posterity! To gain entry to the tests you must have a valid IAW ticket. No Sport Wales tickets will be accepted on the day, you must bring your new tickets/confirmation.

I was only allowed to buy a limited number of tickets for SW, can I buy more now?
Yes! IAW has a much larger capacity so the ticket cap has been removed.

I have tickets and I’d like to buy more but we want to sit together!
No problem, just contact Ticketline directly. If there are spaces next to your allocated seats then you simply purchase those. If not, you can have your original tickets refunded and then buy as many as you need together.

I’ve already paid for my tickets to be sent to me. Do I have to pay again?
No. The cost of re-posting will be covered for you.

How much are tickets?

Premium – £20 adult, £20 child

Standard  – £15 adult, £10 child (under 16)

Babies in arms who do not require their own seat may attend for free. Please be aware that the IAW cannot accommodate car seats.

Hospitality packages start from £69pp

I’m a teacher. Can we buy tickets for our school?
You can. We offer a schools rate of £10 per student. For every 10 schools tickets bought, 1 teacher goes free. Additional adult tickets can be purchased at £15.

How do I buy tickets?

What time does it start?
