Welsh Feathers Long Squad Announcement

We are excited to announce the 16 athletes who make up the Welsh Feathers Long Squad for the 2025/26 season.

The squad selection includes some familiar faces and fan favourites, alongside new and exciting talent! Heading into the 2025/26 season, the squad’s preparation is focused on proceeding into a Commonwealth Games year, leading towards the Netball World Cup in 2027 in Sydney, Australia.

Led by Head Coach Emily Handyside, the squad will commence their training next month; building strong foundations across the court and remaining focused on international competition as the 6th World ranked team.
