World Cup Qualifiers to be Live Streamed

Welsh Netball is pleased to share the news that the Netball Europe World Cup Qualifiers will be live streamed on our Facebook page via QTV Sports.

The qualifiers will see Wales face off against both Scotland and Northern Ireland in order to secure a place at the 2019 INF World Cup. Only two places are up for grabs meaning that one of the Celtic nations will unfortunately miss out on a spot.  The recent Netball Europe Open Championships in October last year demonstrated just how close each team is to one another and how tightly these qualifiers will be contested. In the event that each team wins and loses one match, then the placings will be determined via goal difference. 

Match schedule for Wales:

Friday 19 January: Wales vs Scotland at 19.30

Saturday 20 January: Wales vs Northern Ireland at 15.00
