U19 National Club Championship

On Sunday 25th June, Wales Netball hosted the U19 National Club Championships at House of Sport, Cardiff, hosting teams who had entered from across Wales.

The prestigious occasion displayed incredible talent from all involved and we would like to honour all the teams for their performances throughout the competition. We were privileged to see so many athletes participating in such an exceptional championship, and it was great to see an abundance of parents and spectators there to support.

Congratulations to all squads that took part, and a further well done to the winners, runners up and player of the tournament! The competition was so fierce, that the final positionings for winners and runners up came down to goal average, as the top two teams finished the championship tied on points!

The final tournament positions are as follows:

WINNERS: Treforus Netball Club

RUNNERS UP: Cardiff Met Netball Club

PLAYER OF THE TOURNAMENT: Bella Jones (Treforus)

TakeThatPhoto have provided a link to the online gallery of photographs taken at the championships, this has been forwarded to all Team Managers. If you require the link and password please obtain from your club directly.

We would like to express a massive thank you to all the team managers and coaches of each club for their dedication. A special thank you goes out to all the incredible volunteers and talented umpires from across Wales. We wouldn’t be able to organise such an amazing event without you.

We hope everyone had a great day!
