Shona started playing at age 14 for Hucclecote Club and joined the Team Bath pathway and went all the way from U17 to training partner before joining Severn Stars as she went to University in Gloucestershire. Shona was with Stars for two years in which she made her Super League debut, before moving to Cardiff Dragons in 2019. Shona has also been a part of the Wales Pathways and was the Captain of the U21 squad in 2019. She received her first cap for Wales in 2021 in the Isle of Man series as Wing Attack, becoming Welsh Feather #213.
Shona has the ability to drive the game forward and take a step back to assess what the team performance needs on court. A strong and key part of the Mid Court, Shona has represented Wales at the 22nd Commonwealth Games and the Netball World Cup 2023 in South Africa.
Highlights for Shona include getting her first cap, captaining the U21 squad, and getting a silver medal at Netball Europe.
