Ella first started her netball career playing with Team Bath for the majority of her youth, including U17, U19, U21 NPL. She then moved to Severn Stars in the 2017 Netball Super League season while also playing for their U21 team! After three years at Severn Stars, Ella moved to Wasps Netball and played for them until the 2022 season. For the 2023 season, Ella signed with Celtic Dragons (now known as Cardiff Dragons). With this impressive league history it only made sense for Ella to play for the Welsh Feathers and gain her first cap in 2021, becoming Welsh Feather #214.
Dominating the circle defence with clear intercepts and causing a nuisance to shooters, Ella was selected to represent Wales at the 16th Netball World Cup in South Africa 2023 to display her defensive talent on the world stage.
Ella’s career highlights are winning the Wasps Netball Coaches Player of the Season, and Fans Player of the Year for the 2023 NSL season, as well as winning player of the series in the January 2023 Wales Test Series.
Ella played Goal Defence, Goal Keeper and Wing Defence and was from Bath. Out of 31 games Ella won 17 and lost 14, which is a win rate of 54.84%
