Sarie Watkins is Welsh Feather #220 and earned her first cap playing in the 2022 Wales v Uganda Test Series against Uganda She Cranes on 02/10/2022. Sarie represented Wales in the World Cup Qualifiers that October against the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, strengthening her place as Goal Shooter. She’s also the daughter of Welsh Feather #136 Leanne Watkins!
Sarie’s outstanding shooting ability led to her being selected for 16th World Cup Welsh Feathers squad in 2023. The World Cup was hosted by South Africa in 2023 where she took to the court against Jamaica and Sri Lanka, and took to the court as GS against New Zealand.
