Welsh Feathers School Activity Packs

To celebrate the Welsh Feathers competing in this years Vitality Netball World Cup, which is being held between Friday 28th July and Sunday 6th August in Cape Town, South Africa, Wales Netball have sent Welsh Feathers Activity packs to all schools across Wales!

These should begin to arrive on the doormats of schools week commencing 19th of June, and are filled with lots of fun and educational activities, for pupils of all ages. The aim of the packs is to engage students with the Vitality Netball World Cup 2023, raise awareness that the Welsh Feathers will be competing, support our wonderful athletes in their quest for world cup glory and of course inspire more netball participation across Wales!

Keira Edwards, Wales Netballs’ Head of Participation said “we’re really excited to share these pack’s with schools across the length and breadth of Wales. We hope they’ll be enjoyed by educators and pupils alike – and inspire many to put on their netball trainers ahead of the new season in September!”

You can catch the Welsh Feathers in action this summer on Sky Sports, as every game will be aired across Sky Sports channels, with one match per day available on the Sky Sports YouTube channel.

If you’re an employee at a school & you don’t receive a pack by the end of this week, then let us know by emailing walesnetball@walesnetball.com, and we’ll make sure you’ll get one
