Welsh Feathers enter into a partnership with Coleg Gwent

The Welsh Feathers are pleased to be entering into a partnership with Coleg Gwent. This agreement will see Coleg Gwent be one of the official partners of the Welsh Feathers in their World Cup Campaign year.

Coleg Gwent aim to support local economic growth for employers, invigorating their local business community whilst promoting as much opportunity as possible for their students. They provide initiatives, including the provision of apprenticeships, providing access to government funding accredited training.

About the partnership, Vicki Sutton said “Coleg Gwent are great partners. They are doing some wonderful things in the community. Guy and the team really understand the power of women’s sport and it’s a pleasure to have them onboard”.

CEO of Coleg Gwent, Guy Lacey said “’We’re very proud at Coleg Gwent of our partnership with Wales Netball. The link we have is a great way to promote the sport to our learners and to show them that we are supporting our national team. For those learners who hope to play at the elite level, it’s fantastic motivation to know that we have such close links.”

We are delighted to announce this partnership with the 2023 World Cup a matter of days away. It is a boost to the squad to have such a valued partner on board
